First Episode! Holy crap!
This here is the first of two parts of an interview with my friend Jonathan Wu, chef and owner of Fung Tu on the lower east side. We go through his entire work history, and thus he won’t ever need a resume again because he can just link to this episode (that’ll work, right?)
